We come from mother earth. We come from beauty and love. I like to recoonnect with source whenever I can whether that is through meditation or painting which is actually a form of mindfulness.

I love beautiful bright colours and beautiful things and they can all come from the natural world and from love. That is one of my main motivations for painting that is to create something beautiful for myself and others. So that I and other people can get something good out of any negativity I have experienced. It has been said that everyone has a story and purpose can come as a result of that story. Mine is to nurture my creativity and therefore nurture my audience with the (hopefully) beauty I create. In this painting it is a composition of beauty, colour and prettiness.
